ROSEAU, Dominica – Dominica hosts Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on Monday in Group D of League B of the 2019-20 Concacaf Nations League at the Windsor Park Sport Stadium in Roseau, Dominica.
Dominica are coming off a 4-0 loss at Suriname on Friday, while Saint Vincent and the Grenadines picked up a 1-0 win over Nicaragua earlier in the day.
The two sides previously faced off in September in the second fixture of the tournament for both nations. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines won that encounter, 1-0, with a goal from Chavel Cunningham.
Cunningham is the second-leading goal scorer in the series between the two nations with three, one shy of tying Rudy Boucher for the top spot.
The two sides face off for the seventh time on the island of Dominica. The home side has won twice, lost three and tied once.
The last encounter in Dominica took place on May 2, 2014, a 3-2 win for the visiting Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will win the group, and promotion to League A, if they take the full three points.
Dominica continues to look for a positive result after falling in their five group matches played, assuring relegation to League C.
