After being unable to report for their CNL opener at French Guiana, resulting in a 3-0 defeat, Belize will set out to take all three points in front of their home fans.
Belize will certainly take confidence from the fact that in their last meeting with Grenada, a March 2018 friendly, they emerged victorious 4-2.
If anything, the Central Americans will arrive into the contest the more rested of the two sides, with Grenada playing the previous Thursday against Saint Kitts and Nevis.
A late Jamal Charles strike proved decisive for the Spice Boys in their 2-1 win on Thursday, and if not for some solid goalkeeping from Saint Kitts and Nevis, Grenada could have scored more.
Sunday’s affair marks the fourth all-time meeting between the two, with Belize holding a slight 2W-0D-1L edge.
